My new breakfast obsession. I didn't make it in the toaster, it was taking forever so I sliced it up as thin as I possibly could, rubbed both sides with a little olive oil and put them in the oven for 15 minutes.
I used a local natural yoghurt over the top of them with some delicious fresh, organic fruit and a drizzle of agave over the top. As I write this post, I'm craving this all over again haha

I have seen some beautiful ideas on Instagram. I'm not the neatest person so this was about as beautiful as it was going to get ha! It was DELICIOUS!
