The last time I wrote a post like this I was 22. The question was "Where can you see yourself living in the future?" I replied "Either in America somewhere or by the coast."
It's still so funny to me that 3 years later, I actually moved by the coast in Seattle, USA.
Why did you name your blog "UnLeeshd?"
The meaning of unleashed is "release from restraint" I started my blog at 21 and decided I wanted to let loose, be a little rebellious and express myself. I spelled it like this because my nickname is "Leesh"
What is your favorite TV show?
If you follow me on social media, you'll know how much I frickin' love the British show "People just do nothing" it's great and so well written. A sure fire way to cheer me up.
My all time favorite show is Friends.
Who do you look up to and why?
A few people, I have always looked up to Victoria Beckham. When I was younger, she was my favorite Spice Girl. I simply love her style.
I adore the fierce and strong women in my life who teach me how to be the most AUTHENTIC version of me.
Who is your favorite fellow foodie vlogger?
Mark Wiens!!! I still cannot get over that chappli kebab episode haha it it one of the best. Oh woaw!
Why do you choose to heal naturally?
I grew up with terrible respiratory issues from early teens through to my early 20's. I was on antibiotics once every few months with chest infection.
In my early 20's I started playing around with different home remedies and the love has continued.
Fun fact: Since moving to the U.S.A I haven't had one chest infection or asthma attack!

Insight Timer for sure!
What are your hobbies?
Blogging, watching motivational talks, spending time at the local beaches and parks and going to every Farmer's Market/Vintage Market in the area.
Favorite food?
Hmm.. I will have to say Indian food for sure. I always crave spicy food! Or chocolate cake from Simply Desserts in Fremont, WA or Hot Cakes in Cap Hill, WA. I have a crazy obsession for chocolate desserts.
Favorite drink?
Alcoholic - Skinny B*tch from Von's 1000 spirits in Downtown Seattle
Non-Alcoholic - A good old British cuppa, Mango Lassi and Masala Chai
One of your favorite affirmations?
Purely because change makes me nervous.

Favorite self-care practice?
A bath using a Lush bath bomb, it's my favorite brand :) Sitting on my balcony with a tea, watching the sun go down whilst listening to soothing music.
