My go-to green smoothie - Recipe
I feel like I’ve been making this smoothie for years. Actually, come to think of it.. I’ve been making this smoothie since I lived at my parents house haha
This smoothie is my absolute go-to when I fancy a cold drink. I love hot drinks but every now and again I fancy a mango lassi or a smoothie. I tend to make this one when I have ripe bananas at home or when I feel like my body could do with a boost of yummy vitamins.
Ingredients (using organic if possible)
1 ripe banana 1 cup frozen wild berries
2 cups spinach
2 cups water
1 cup oat milk
1 organic date (pitted)
A drizzle of honey
additional ingredients (never all at once)
3-4 drops cbd oil
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop organic vegan protein powder (vanilla)
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen
1. Add all of your ingredients into your blender (I use a nutribulle) blitz really well and enjoy!
