I find that repeating affirmations help to put my mind at ease.
I wanted to share some of my favorite health affirmations to repeat especially during this period of time.
Take a seat somewhere comfortable and quiet, preferably out on your balcony or garden. Repeat these affirmations as much as you can, maybe first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
1. I bless my body daily and take good care of it
2. I eat healthy nutritious food to keep my body healthy
3. My body is in perfect health
4. My mind and body are strong!
5. I am fit and healthy
6. My mind, body and spirit are healthy
7. I am grateful for my health
8. I can recover from any struggles that comes my way
9. I take care of my mind, body and spirit daily
10. I am getting stronger and healthier every day
