Over the last four years, I've chosen a word to guide my year vs. making resolutions that I'm less likely to hold myself accountable for.
In the past, I've chosen words such as AUTHENTICITY, HYDRATION, CENTERED and SIMPLICITY. Aside from the word HYDRATION, I use my word of the year to guide my decisions throughout the year.
This year my word of the year is... *drum roll*
BIRTHING.
Whether it be birthing a new idea, birthing a child, birthing a side business, birthing a new chapter in life.. BIRTHING is my word.
Choosing a word of the year is such an exciting and reflective time of year for me.
